REGISTRATION

How do I purchase a ticket to participate?
All Human and Zombie tickets must be purchased in advance online from our website prior to one day before the event or tickets being sold out. You may not purchase Human or Zombie tickets at the gate. You may purchase Innocent Bystanders (Spectators) tickets online or at the gate the day of the event.

May I register as a team?
Yes you may register and race as a team. If you can somehow convince 3 more people to do this crazy event with you we figure you deserve a price break!  So if you register 4 people total, you receive group pricing.  You are encouraged to invite all of your friends, family, and co-workers to run with you. After all, we are talking about saving the Human Race! You may wear team costumes or have your team name on your shirts. Let’s be creative!!!

Are there refunds if we have a ticket but can no longer attend?
We do not offer refunds. You can however transfer (give or sell) your ticket.

How can I edit, change, or transfer my ticket?
All changes can be made at registration the day of the event.

What about hotel and camping options?
Information regarding hotel and camping is located in the individual event location section.

HUMANS

When Should I Arrive?
Humans should plan on arriving 2 hours prior to your wave time. This gives you ample time to park, register, check your bags, and to mentally and physically prepare yourself for saving the human race.

How old must I be to save the Human Race?
All Humans and Zombies must be at least 13 years of age as of the event date to participate in The Zombie Mud Run.  Those under the age of 13 can participate in The Zombie Mud Run Junior offered at our 11:30 wave.

How do I save the Human Race?
All Humans will be given a flag football belt with three flags attached. These flags represent your Brain, Heart, and Entrails. You must complete all obstacles and arrive in the Green-zone with at least one of the flags attached. One flag = Human Survivor , Two flags = Super Human Survivor, Three flags = Awesome Human Survivor.

The flags must be visible at all times or you will be disqualified and eaten. You wear one on your left side, one on your right side and one on your back side. If you attempt to hide your flags you will be escorted out of the race. Zombies don’t like cheaters.

What do I do when all my flags have been taken and I am infected with the living dead virus?
When you enter the race as a human you must finish the race as a human. Although you are infected, you may not begin taking other human’s flags.  Continue running the race until you arrive at the Green Zone.

What kind of obstacles/ challenges can I expect?
There are combinations of man-made and natural obstacles. The man-made obstacles are similar to Army boot-camp type challenges that require you to climb over walls, duck under wire, and crawl through tubes. The natural obstacles involve climbing up and sliding down mud hills and climbing out of open cemetery graves. And then there is….oh wait, we can’t tell you everything!

May I skip a challenge or obstacle?
If you are too much of a baby human and you choose to skip any challenge or obstacle simply wave your hand in surrender to the zombies. At that point all zombies will descend upon your lifeless body and devour your vital organs. All flags will be removed and you will be ineligible to win prizes or save the human race. You will then continue to finish the race in utter humiliation.

May I wear a costume?
Absolutely! We encourage uniqueness and creativity. Cool costumes will be recognized on our website and at the Human Salvation Party
